Ralph helps people looking to rent Toronto condominium suites, both in the Toronto downtown area and in Etobicoke. I have available hundreds of 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, and 2-bedroom suites. Larger suites are not as common but can be located as needed.
There have been very few purpose built rental buildings built in Toronto in the past 20-years. Instead, individual investors have steped in to fill this market void. Today we find most of the Toronto condo buildings with 10%to 50% investor owned as rental suites. This is not someone just renting out their home, while they are away for a little while. These are true investors who have purchased the condo suites for the purpose of renting them out.
Condo rentals are in good quality buildings. Landlords are looking for good people to rent them out to. Be prepared to provide proof of employment and references. Your personal finances need to be in order, as a credit check will be performed. You need to demonstrate the ability to afford the suites you are renting.
